Welcome to the One Canal Place website. In this area of the site, we endeavor to communicate to you, our valued tenants, information that we think you may find useful or interesting. Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What mail and express services are available?
The building’s mail room is serviced by the U.S. Postal Service and by several express services including Federal Express, Airborne and DHL. Other providers including UPS service tenants on an individual basis. Please consult the specific providers for times and rates.
Q. Is food available in the building?
Yes. The food court located on the third floor provides a variety of food vendors ranging from American to Oriental and Italian. Snacks and pre-packaged food items are also available at Sue’s News on the first floor between the building lobby and the mall.
Q. What are the after hours policies regarding lighting and AC?
After hours HVAC is available with 24 hours prior notice and will be billed in accordance with your lease. After hours lighting is available at no charge. We do ask that you help conserve energy by turning your lights off as you leave your suite.
Q. Who operates the parking garage?
The parking garage is operated by Central Parking System. Questions concerning the garage should be directed to Central Parking at 504-529-1987.
Q. Who operates the mall?
The Shops at Canal Place is managed by Madison Marquette. They may be contacted at 504-522-9200.
Q. Who operates the hotel?
The hotel is operated by Westin. They may be reached at 504-566-7006.
